Here at Salted Scented Soul, we offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $99. That’s to any address in Australia – Free!


We love a happy customer, and know our customers love a good product. If you feel unsatisfied or your purchase and is not as you intended, please let us know and we shall offer a refund or an exchange within the following guidelines:

- Any refund, return or exchange must happen within 30 days of the purchase of item

- The Candle or Product must not have been used or damaged

- All returns, refunds, or exchanges require your digital receipt or proof of purchase.

- Shipping costs with not be refunded.

- Return Shipping is the customers responsibility

- All refunds will happen once the product has reached our warehouse

Changed your mind?

We do not offer a refund for a change of mind, however we will happily provide you an exchange or store credit.

We will require Proof of Purchase and that the original purchased product is unused, unharmed, has all labels and tags and in a saleable condition.

Damaged Item?

If your product has arrived Damaged please contact Salted Scented Soul here within 48 hours of receiving your product – items claimed damaged or faulty after this time frame, may not be accounted for.

Please provide us with photographs of the damage and any written descriptions.

Return postage is at the customers expense.

Once we have received your item at our warehouse, we shall inspect the item and based on the level of damage issue either an exchange or store credit for minimal issues, or a full refund based on major damage or fault.

Lost in Transit?

Please ensure that you enter your postal address correctly, all labels are printed directly from the information you input into the purchase order. If your parcel has not arrived, please contact Australia Post with your tracking number and email used for the purchase. All items sent by Salted Scented Soul are via Australia Post and come with a tracking number.

Unfortunately, once Salted Scented Soul has handed your parcel to Australia Post we are no longer accountable. Delays or lost items are the responsibility of the shipping company.
